the relationship between ethical leadership and unethical behavior: : The mediat

Abstract
Previous researches have focused on the relationship between ethical leadership and unethical behavior, but seldom has attention been paid to the mechanism in this relationship. In this paper, we investigated 249 Chinese managers and examined the mediating role of ethical climate. The result shows that ethical leadership was negatively related to employees’ unethical behavior. Moreover, the instrumentalism dimension and law and code dimension of ethical climate fully mediated ethical leadership-unethical behavior relationship.
